Try experimenting with green food additions in your smoothie to get the greatest benefits. This is also a great way to sneak veggies into a child’s diet whilst keeping a smile on their face.
A coconut milk smoothie is an excellent alternative for #vegans and those choosing to go #dairyfree for other reasons. Coconut milk contains healthy fat and is a great alternative to cow’s milk. I love it because it gives my smoothie a creamier texture than almond milk.
1 cup #organic coconut milk, canned coconut milk is recommended
1 frozen banana
2 cups raw spinach
1 inch Ginger
1 scoop vanilla Protein powder (for postworkout)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
